Feelings on China's new BMI law? - bmi china women
China, known for its stringent requirements for acceptance, has a standard body mass index-adjusted so as to be large and adopt a child.
Can anyone explain why this is a good idea? I think that would be raised by parents who are overweight more than was raised in an orphanage, but maybe I missed something. Thoughts?

I have no idea why they do something so ridiculous, but there were new rules and regulations strictly, because the new survey in China shows that 40,000 children at more than girls. I think they are trying to maintain the population of young girls. Since China has generally remained at their son and daughters are aborted each by sex selective abortions and the authorization. They predict that many people, when alone in their lives they are willing to start a family.
If your country and you can set what rules they want.
Personally, I think it's stupid of them ... Not too silly. As two invading under false reasons which have led to mass extinctions. You know, those little things.

I think it's something to do with an increased risk to health from obesity.
Maybe they think that if the parents can not care for themselves, how well can care for a child? The health risk is a factor. Obese people have a higher risk of developing certain diseases which can have a very negative impact on a child (financial, hospital, etc.)
It is unlikely that this new law will impede in any way the adoption of a child in China. That is why we approved these restrictions: no question that the adoptive parents are also many who want to adopt in China about the number of healthy children and adolescents (and, unfortunately, as elsewhere, the children are the people most parents want). China needs to adopt stricter laws, as they can! She searched for a way to eliminate "some parents, because there are too many candidates.
Well, if a restriction is reasonable or not is another matter. But the agencies here in May in the United States have similar restrictions? If you are a private company, you can set any policy they want. As adoptive parents need Christian. O can not be gay. Or, you can not corporal punishment, or castes. Either they have been married for at least 3 years or 10 years. O can be unique or not. 100K or one year. And so on.
Countries can do the same. You are responsible for deciding what they think is responsible, at best based on their knowledge and experience (or any other reason). Although it may orr do not agree with the data, at least take the initiative and "care" enough to do for their children to politics!
There are many other organizations and countries to take.
Children who are in the same style of life of their adoptive parents often have the same bad habits as adults. The Chinese appear to have responded to the increase in obesity among children in the United States. However, there is ignoring studies showed that identical twins, also approved, rarely more than 15 pounds of various other, regardless of the lifestyle of the adoptive parents (more than 800 pairs of identical twins and more!). I think it's taken a hasty decision, but it is his decision. It does not seem fewer couples adopting from China, so there is probably not the children that could be taken.
