How to get Exclusive Rights? - sales commision agreement

Hello,

I have a good marketing system network in Eastern India and Bangladesh. I want to reach an exclusive marketing rights and the sale of certain products is very good. For marketing and exclusive sales rights, I think I have an agreement with a company that is very good and unique and if the company makes a sale in my area, are produced in India (East - and Bangladesh), I amount of the commission, or if someone buy in my area close to the company, their products should be addressed to me, as I have the exclusive marketing and sales activities simply there.

Can you help in this regard and has some idea of how this should be done and the companies would be interested in this club?
